Refund policy

We want you to love your Starlume. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer rights.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Contact us at starlume12@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover the return shipping too.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm your refund. Approved refunds, including the original shipping cost, are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
