Frequently asked questions

How does the Galaxy Projector work?

Plug it into any USB port (power bank, phone charger or laptop), switch it on and point it at your ceiling or wall. It projects a soft galaxy scene into the room. Swap the cards to change the look.

What are the interchangeable cards?

Each card holds a different galaxy or space scene. Slide one out and put another in, and the image changes. Pick the 3-card set to start, or a larger set with free extra cards if you want more variety.

How big is the projected image?

In a standard-sized bedroom, the projection covers the whole ceiling, so you get a full galaxy sky above your bed. Place it further away for a larger image, or closer for a sharper, more focused one.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at Starlume12@gmail.com and we’ll send you the return instructions. [Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.]
